How do I disable the copy function in emails?

Since I can not use RMI in my office, how can I keep someone from useing the
copy function to copymy email. Also, is there a way to keep them from
saving attachments?

You can't and no.

If you can't use any kind of rights management service from any vendor, you can't do what you want.
