This is done with a simple mouseover script. Doesn't protect anything
as the picture is already in the Browsers cache and can easily be
copied from there.

Done with CSS. Also doesn't protect anything. If they want to print
it, they would just get it from the cache and print it.
In short. It can't be done.
Instead use watermarks in your online pictures and/or use so poor a
quality picture that it can only be used to display on a screen.
Then sell the full quality picture to those interested.
