I have Nero INCD and it appears to work fine when I drag
and drop, but when I try to backup in Quickbooks to the
DVDRW, it puts the backup file in the ...\CD Burning
folder rather than using INCD to go ahead and write it.
Can I disable the CD Burning so it will qwuit doing this?

Jim

Yes, run services.msc and scroll down to IMAPI CD Burning COM Service.
Double click this entry and set the startup type to Disabled.

This has been hashed over many times in _financial.quicken_. Quicken
will only back up to a floppy. To use a CD the backup has to be
saved to a file and then the file burned.
