How Do I Disable The Blinking Cursor in Outlook 2007

Hi:

I recently bought a new computer with Windows Vista and Office 2007
Professional Edition installed in it.
Is their a way to disable to make the blinking cursor unblink?
Especially when I'm typing a new message in Outlook my cursor blinks, I
didn't want that to blink.

Not an Outlook question. Cursor blinking is controlled by the Keyboard
applet in Control Panel.
