Am trying to design a survey using Microsoft access Forms and tables 2003
What I want is a Form with the listed questions; whenever the user survey is
entered it will be saved on a linked table. So I’ll be able at the end to
extract all users’ answers along with listed question to run any analytical
queries or reports
