how do I design a contact form and set it as default?

I saw the other message, but I am not sure how to get as far as the other
person did. How do I publish a form that I created? I dont need to share
it, I am the only user. Thanks!

Dear Sheryl,

officially, customizing BCM forms isn't supported but Patricia Cardoza wrote
this interesting article that it is possible.
