how do i deploy ?

Having major problems with trying to deploy my app that uses 9 DLLs, Crystal
reports and ADO.

With Visual Studio Installer, its overwriting some system file on Windows
2000 and causing windows 2000 to become unstable. One cant even view your
installed programs through "Add/Remove Programs" , that bombs out after the
apps MSI file is run on the PC. So i had to reinstall windows 2000 on the PC
that ran my apps MSI file.

So i tried using P&D Wizard, but that bombs out at the last minute, Creates
the "Package" and "support" folder but doesnt write anything in them...

How can i deploy my app?
