Thanks for responding. Somehow I have managed to get the item off my Task
List without deleting the email. Don't ask me how, because I'm not sure how I did it... Sure wish I could remember in case I need to do this again. But thanks for your willingness to help!! You might indeed want to ask yourself if you need Outlook ;-)
