When creating a new e-mail message, if you start to type the first couple of
letters of the recipient's e-mail address, several names pop-up to choose
from. How do I delete all the e-mail addresses I no longer want to pop-up?

All of them? Shut down outlook, search for all .nk2 files (turn on show
hidden files and folders) and delete the file.

Some of them? When they come up, use the arrow key to arrow down to it and
hit the delete key.
