In XP, I was playing around and creating a network and
ended up creating a Microsoft Windows Network in which my
computer is not in.

How do I delete that network so that my workgroup
computer is not in that network and I don't see that
network.

If you click my network places, the workgroup computers
below on the left there is "other places" and within
that "Microsoft Windows Network"... clicking that I see
the network I created. I was to delete/uncreate it. HOW
DO I GET RID OF IT!!

Do you mean a workgroup name? If so, it will automatically disappear
after a while if no computers belong to it. There's no explicit way
to delete it.
