How do I delete mail from the server from a remote computer

's Computer Specifications

I have 3 computers running Outlook with the same email account on each. I
can download email from any but I must download from all 3 to get the
messages off the server. There must be a better way.

These are pop accounts?
If so think about using an Imap account
Or maybe specific OL sync software, that means you dont have to set the
option to leave a copy on the server
