How do I delete a large email file in outbox that won't send?

I have an email with a large attachment of photos that is stuck and won't
send to a distribution group. How can I delete it?

Try setting OL to offline mode, close OL, open & delete msg, set back to
online mode, close OL, reopen
(give it a few mins between closing & opening)

Any other suggestions -- I've got the exact same problem... I've taken
outlook offline, I've turned OFF my internet connection. I've rebooted my
computer and the message still says it's already begun to transmit so I can't
delete it or open it or move it to the draft folder.
