Can you post a URL??
Also, try opening your live site in FrontPage, and see if you have two index files.
One named index.htm and one named index.html
If so, go back to your local site and rename index.htm to index.html and let
FrontPage update links when prompted.

hen republish, and then reopen the remote site and delete index.htm.
