hello, i have a file that somehow got on my computer. Now
everything works so slow, and I cant delete it beacuse
then windows says that this file is in use by a program
or user. But I am the only user on this computer and I
dont have any other programs open so, how do i delete it
without damageing or delete other files??

Try closing all running tasks and then delete it, or start up in safe mode
and delete it from there.
