i am trying to send a message but cannot and my suspicion is i
have too many e-mail attachements, now i would like to delete one
of the attachements: windows xp, microsoft outlook.

Go in to your Outbox where the unsent message should be sitting, double
click on the message in question to open it, right click on the
attachment you would like to remove and click delete then click send to
try resending the message.
