How do I delete a dead link from the Outlook navigation pane?

I changed the location of a .pst file and now I can't
remove/delete/close/rename or do anything to the link. The link no longer
points to any file. Any ideas?

File, Open Outlook Data File, browse to new location should resolve that.

You've damaged your mail profile. Use the Mail applet in Control Panel to
create a new one. Then read this:
