How do I delete cached profiles after a reboot or crash

I run a large Citrix MetaFrame XPe Farm on Windows 2000 SP4 servers
I have a problem where sometimes user's cached profiles aren't removed when they log off, or if we have a "problem" with a server, and we have to force a reboot

I would like to ensure that all cached profiles are flushed from the disks when the server is rebooted, to minimise profile polution from corrupted profiles

How do I best achieve this?
