Outlook 2003 outgoing File is too large and locks up entire program. Tried
deleting, moving to a different directory, disableing send receive, going
offline with outlook, nothing works. Any suggestions so I can use my outlook
again? It Just keeps saying Outlook has already begun to send this file...

Try with a new profile created via the Mail icon in Control Panel. Start
Outlook with that profile, open the other PST via File | Open and see if you
can delete the message. Then return to using your old profile.
