I see information on how to assign a task, but I need information to delegate
an appointment. My supervisor asked me to delegate one of her appointments
to another supervisor and I'm not sure how to do this.

If you are the organizer of the meeting you can invite other people.
Otherwise ask the organizer.

If you have access to the boss' Inbox, you could forward the meeting request
to the supervisor. They can then accept it.
