how do I customize a "default" appointment.

I would like to customize "default" settings for when I open up a "new
appointment" in Outlook 2003 calendar. For example, by default, I would like
every new appointment to be one hour long, have no reminder, and be marked as
"tentative"

Tools->Forms->Design a form. Create your custom form, then set it as the
