I would like to change some of the fields in the Business Contact Form. It
appears that the pre-installed verison is setup with a focus on product
oriented sales. I sell services. For example in the form there is a
subheading in blue type "Contact Financial Information". The sections here
include "State" - with either Active or Inactive. "Status" - with either
Current or Overdue. None of these fields apply to my type of business or
many others.
I would like to know if there is any way of editing these fields or either
loading a preformatted Business Contact Form that is specific to different
industries.

Hi,
The Business Contact form fields like "State" and "Status" are not editable.
The drop down values cannot be changed by the user.

That being the case, How does one create and add a custom field to replace
the Business status field.
