I would like to use FrontPage 2003 to set up a weblog on a Windows server.
Does anyone know how to do this?

You would have to find a weblog application.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services:
http://support.microsoft.com
If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.

The Microsoft Windows Hosting Program 3.5 now bundles the DotNetNuke portal
[1] and Community Server [2] which Windows hosting providers will be making
available to their customers. There are a fair number of hosts such as
WebHost4Life [3] who already support Community Server noting it is where my
hosting needs have been met for the past several years and also noting they
do not advertise Community Server from their service feature pages but it is
included with accounts at no additional cost and can be installed by
customers when using their hosting account control panel.

If your hosting provider is not competitive like mine is you mayhave to
relocate. Community Server is considered the optimal blogging and forum
solution for those hosted on the Windows platform as it is open source and
can be modified by customers who can deploy it free or then buy in to other
licensing models. Community Server also includes a photo gallery that is
good but has not gained the type of recognition that the blog and forum
applications have.

So, you think you have something to say? ;-)

Yes. And you should hire one of them to do it for you.

Have you tried the "web log" site template in FP 2003? Requires Sharepoint.
Under "Web Site Templates > Packages - choose "Web Log"
