I have an HP Slimline s7820n with a Windows XP operating system. I want to
create another user account, but I don't want this account to have internet
access. Is there a way to do this, and if so, how? Any help would be greatly
appreciated!

The first time the New Connection Wizard was run, there was a box to check
for allowing other users to share the connection. If you delete the old
connection, and create a new one set to not share, then when you create the
other account (non-admin) it will not be able to use yours, or create its own.
