How do I create a task based on a mail?

How can I create a task linked to a mail I recive using Outlook

's Computer Specifications

Use the Folder List view.

Drag the closed email from Inbox to the Tasks folder. If you use the right
mouse button to drag, you will have a few choices as to how you convert it
to a Task.
