how do i create sequentially numbered e-mails in outlook 2007

's Computer Specifications

I would like outlook to assign a sequential number to every outgoing e-mail
message.
I use Outlook 2007.
Can anybody help me?

I think the only way to do it would be custom vbscript in the
Application_ItemSend event.
