Outlook 2007.

I am trying to set up several search folders to categorise emails from
customers or contacts etc. with numerous personnel emails but all from the
same @address.

ANy suggestions.
I can find the emails from say: (E-Mail Removed),
but not: (E-Mail Removed)

Any suggestions!

Right-click on Search Folders, choose New Search Folder, click on Mail to
and from specific people, Under "Customize Search Folder" click on "choose"
and in the "To" field at the bottom, just type in the domain name.

It works, I've just done it.

You can also make Rules to Categorise incoming email where the sender's
address contains @defence.gov.au for example. Then show the Categories
column in your Inbox. You can use Run Rules Now to retrospectively apply
the rule to any email folder.
