How do I create a rule for original msgs only?

I would like to have original e-mails with a certain subject go straight to a
particular folder. However, if there are any responses to these e-mails, I
would like for them to remain in my Inbox. Is this possible?

Have you tried putting an exception in the rule for messages with "Re:" or
"Fw:" in the subject line?

That's a good idea, but it didn't work... I guess if it's an actual response
or forward, it doesn't ignores the "Re:" and then "Fw:" in the subject line.

Is there any other criteria in the messages with replies that you could base
your desired rule on? Take a look in the Internet message headers
too...those appear in the "Options" for any message that has been sent
through a mail server.

I tried to find that Internet message headers, I *REALLY* did, but I
couldn't. Can you tell me where exactly it is? My e-mails are sent through
a mail server, so I think it might work once I find the option. Thank you so
much!

Open the message fully, then click the View menu, then Options. The box at
the bottom has the internet headers in it.
