From the web page:
"Type the domain portion of the address in the Address field. In Outlook
2003, it's the field at the bottom of the dialog"
While that page was written long before outlook 2007 was released, the
dialog in outlook 2007 is identical to the one in Outlook 2003. Type the
address (or part of it) in the From field at the bottom of the Rule address
window.
