How do I create a rule for expired emails

Send option 'expires after' could be very useful except it only changes the
format of the email. Is it possible to create rules for expired emails? This
would allow auto delete of a huge amount of email trivia. eg the printer is
broaken..you get the idea.

Auto-archiving has an option to delete expired mail items now so I don't
think you need a rule to deal with it.
