put the following in the <head> of your old page:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="0;URL=newpage.htm">
the 0 is the time it takes for the event to happen. you should change it to
something longer and leave your "click here" link there for search engine
spidering purposes.
and change newpage.htm to the actual page you want them flipped to.
