How do I create a process sheet?

I have been tagged for the task of writing process sheets (work
instructions). Is there a template within excel that has such a thing? My
task is to record every click, and key stroke to let new users know how to
use the MRP software my company uses?

hi,
i am not aware that such a template exists but that does mean that it don't
exist.
see the MS site. they have a number of templates for all catagories. you
might find one there.
