how do i create out of office for Pophost accounts

please advise as to how one sets up a out of office message when using
Pophost mail account ?

preferably, the isp offers a "vacation autoreply", otherwise you need to set
up an autoreply rule in outlook and keep outlook running (and checking mail)
the entire time you are away.
