I am very artistic!! Extreemly Creative and I would love to know how to
create my own templates in Front Page 2003. Any assistance would be helpful.

If by templates you mean Themes:
You create a new theme by modifying an existing one (using say the blank theme provided)
File Import your new images into a FP web then use Format Theme Modify/Customize and save as a new theme name

If you don't want to do it with a theme, you can simply design a page
leaving space for the text. Then, whenever you want to make a new page, you
simply copy the original page and add the text.

Or design a page and use FILE | Save As... > Dynamic Web Template. Then
specify the editable regions, and use this template to spawn all your child
pages. The advantage to this is that changes to the non-editable parts of
the template will propagate to all child pages automatically.
