How do I create an Account History report in Outlook BCM 2007?

In Outlook BCM 2003 there was an Account History Report which would print all
contact information for an account (address, website address, etc) plus the
detailed information contained in any business notes linked to the account.
I have yet to discover how to print a similar detailed report for Accounts in
Outlook BCM 2007. All I can print are lists, but not detailed note reports
