I recently sent an email but one of the people I sent it to didn't get it. I
would like to find it and resend it but I don't have a sent file. Is it
perhaps hidden? How do I create one?

Version of Outlook? Did you look for the sent folder in the Folder list?
(Ctrl+6 to display it)
