When I open Outlook I get an error message like this;
OUTLOOK DID NOT CLOSE PROPERLY THE LAST TIME, CHECKING THE DATA FILE FOR
ERRORS.

you need to determine what application is keeping outlook running when you
close it. close that application first (or disable the addin) and the erro
should go away.
