I can send e-mails from any one of my computers with the exception of one
lap-top. I can also send e-mail from my office just not while I'm at home.
When I send from home I receive the following error message:

Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F): The connect to the server was
interrupted.

(I also use Norton 360)

The nice thing about that error is that it i eminently searchable:

<http://ws.copernic.com/copern/ws/results/0/error%200x800CCC0F/1/417/topnavigation/Relevance/iq=true/zoom=off/_iceUrlFlag=7?_IceUrl=true>

The bad thing about that error is that it doesn't tell me anything without
searching; and I am not paid by Microsoft to search for solutions to your
problems. I am willing to share what I have learned, free of charge, but I
really need the rest of the error message you got; the part you did not
post.

However, one potential solution is included with your very incomplete system
descriptions (all that I know is, probably, some (unstated) version of MS
Outlook, and Norton); specifically, disable the Norton email scanning. It is
not necessary, and it is redundant, and it has been problematic in past
versions, in interactions with both MS Outlook, and MS Outlook Express
(which are very different applications from the same software publisher
which have similar functionality).

Disable the Norton 360 from scanning your emails. The only way to disable CORRECTLY
with Norton is to uninstall Norton 360 and then re-install it without the email
integration (scanning) option
