I would use a screen shot.
You can open PPT and open the webpage, then, with the webpage showing, press
Alt + Print Screen.
Then in PPT, press Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot. Use the Crop tool on the
Picture toolbar if you want to crop out the toolbars.
