There are essential differences between Word format and the text or html
formats used for e-mail that make such operations virtually impossible. If
the recipient will not accept attachments, then the only solution is to
reformat in the e-mail editor window. If you are sending html formatted
e-mail then you can view the document in Word's web view to give an idea of
the problems beforehand.
