I was using the email from someone that was on maternity leave. Now I have my
own. I need everything on that profile to be on mine. How can I so that? I
still have access to the other profile.

Create a personal data file and save it to your desktop. Then take that file
to your new comp and open it with outlook all file should be there.

Do a file/export/.pst file/ and choose somewhere to save the file.

Then open the other email account or whatever and do a file/import/.pst file
and import the pst file that you created from the other email account.
