How do I copy an entire MS Access database?

I have a database with about 100 tables and about 300 queries which I would
like to use as a template for further applications - but only using the
structure, not the data. So my question is: how can I copy the entire
structure of a database without its data? Or alternatively: how can I delete
all data from a database while keeping its structure?
