How do I copy a custom menuItem to a new window?

Hi,

i'm using Outlook 2003. I've written some macros and created a couple new
custom menubar items in the main email explorer window. I'd like to use those
same menubar items when I'm creating a new email message, i.e., when the new
mail item form is the current view. So I'm using Tools / Forms / Design This
Form to update that email message inspector by adding the same custom menubar
items. It's a lot of mouse clicks & drags and keystrokes to have to repeat,
and I'm hoping there's a way to simply copy the menubar items I've already
created for the explorer window, but I have not been able to find it.

I saw the similar question & answer in the Access portion of this forum, but
the suggested solutions don't seem to work in Outlook 2003. E.g., in the
explorer window that has my custom menubar items, I can right-click the
menubar, Customize, then click & drag while holding the control key to create
a copy of a given menubar item, but then how do I get it from that window to
the new inspector window? I can't find a cut & paste!

Thanks,
Rob
