Before you ask further questions, please upgrade to Business Contact Manager

BCM 2.0 has a mechanism to import your Outlook contacts. Moreover, your
Accounts will be autopopulated if you create them from inside a Business
Contact.
One way to do is to select your desired contacts. To select ALL contacts in
a folder, you'd hit CTRL-A
Then you would right-click and drag the whole selection over the Business
Contacts folder.
You would release your right mouse button and choose copy from the menu.
I've verified this and it does work
