I have not been using the "Accounts in Business Contact Mangaer" and want to
start. I have ALL of my contacts -both personal and work-in the "Contacts"
folder. Many of my clients need to be in both folders, and the only thing I
could figure out how to do from the HELP sections is to MOVE the contacts
over-I don't want to do that, I want to COPY them, so I don't have to re-type
100 addressess and information.......the help areas were not helpful at all,
and I've already wasted too much time on this! Please help! I'm using Outlook
2003 w/ Business Contact Manager SP1

Before you ask further questions, please upgrade to Business Contact Manager
2.0

http://www.microsoft.com/office/outl...o/default.mspx

BCM 2.0 has a mechanism to import your Outlook contacts. Moreover, your
Accounts will be autopopulated if you create them from inside a Business
Contact.

One way to do is to select your desired contacts. To select ALL contacts in
a folder, you'd hit CTRL-A

Then you would right-click and drag the whole selection over the Business
Contacts folder.
You would release your right mouse button and choose copy from the menu.

I've verified this and it does work
