I've posted my resume in Microsoft Word...I'm trying to copy it from word and
paste it into an online application but I can't highlight it to copy the
resume...How do I do that...?

What part can't you do? Highlight? Copy? Paste? What happens when you try?

I can copy it from Word but when I try to paste it in the online application
with a right mouse click it won't let me paste it....the paste word is still
shaded so I can't use it...

Have you tried Edit - Paste?

Have you tried checking with the website owner if there's a known issue?

I'm no expert, but I have run into this situation. When 'paste' is subdued
and not available, I use the shortcut ctrl-v and it pastes it in. This may
or may not work for you, but give it a try.
