i have microsoft word 2003 well office 2003 and word is white i dont no why
all the rest ive seen have been blue and it looks nice mine looks crappy does
anybody know how to change it please!!

This isn't a Word setting. Word doesn't have or use "skins." Word's colors
will be whatever you set in Windows.

Tools | Options | General: "Blue background, white text." Enjoy it while you
can; I think this option will not be included in Word 2007.
