How do I change question button that now read "accent on E"

I need to get the function of ? button back from it being change accidentally
to accent of E. Thanks

Verify that the correct keyboard layout (also called input langauge in some
versions of Windows) is specified in Windows Control Panel, Regional and
Language Settings. The easiest way is to delete any layouts that you are not
using.
