From powerpoint, you can click File > Send to > Microsoft Office Word, to
send your slides into MS Word.
Alternatively, you can get Slide Into Word add-in:

To save the slides in JPEG, go File > Save as Type. Then under Save as Type,
select JPEG FIle Interchange Format. Click Save.
