The simplest thing may be to copy the text from the PDF into Word/PPT and
format it there.
There are programs that can do at least some conversion from PDF to Word, PPT
or other formats but they're not inexpensive, as a rule, and I'm not sure how
good a job they can do.
If you're unable to select/copy the text from the PDF, it probably means that
the PDF is password protected deliberately to prevent people from using the
content; if that's the case, please respect the author's wishes.
