how do I change the name of Owner from "unknown"?

I cannot find where I can change the name of "owner" that is printed out on
my memo's and notes... does anyone know how I can do this?

The email account you are using has a blank field for your name - find it
and write your name there. Tell us your version, and someone can give you
the exact steps.
