how do i change my time zone without shifting my all day occuranc.

      17th Nov 2004
I have all day occurances, like birthdays and anniversaries, in my outlook
2002 calendar. I have just moved from the Central Time Zone to Pacific Time
Zone...is there a way to change the time zone without causing my all day
occurances to be shifted by 2 hours?
